About Dr. Andrew Falco, DPM

Dr. Falco is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon at Dynamic Medical Centers, committed to providing compassionate, thoughtful care, making each patient's goals the central focus of every treatment plan and exploring non-surgical treatments before surgery. He grew up in central New Jersey and completed his undergraduate studies at Towson University, earning a degree in Exercise Science, then completed his podiatric medical education at Barry University. He completed his surgical residency in Washington, DC at Georgetown University/MedStar Washington Hospital Center, a Level I trauma center home to a renowned limb salvage institution, followed by a fellowship through the University Hospitals Regional Hospitals Advanced Foot and Ankle Fellowship under Dr. Mark Mendeszoon. During training, he worked with athletes at every level, including State Champions, Division I, II, and III athletes, All-Americans, and Olympians, practicing in Lorton, Virginia.
