SEVA Foot and Ankle Center, led by Dr. Vihang Bajani, DPM, FACFAS, serves patients from offices in Portsmouth, Franklin, and Emporia, Virginia. Dr. Bajani, a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, trained at Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and completed a surgical residency at Hahnemann University Hospital, developing specialized skills in sports medicine, reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, trauma, pediatric podiatry, and diabetic wound care with limb salvage. The practice treats bunions, hammertoes, flat feet, plantar fasciitis and heel pain, ingrown toenails, fungal toenails, athlete's foot, plantar warts, and foot and ankle trauma, offering both conservative therapy and surgical correction, including Lapiplasty and MiniBunion procedures for bunion deformities. Custom orthotics and diabetic foot care round out the practice's offerings, and Dr. Bajani is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and the Virginia Podiatric Medical Association.
