Dr. James E. Dodd Jr, DPM, practices at Winchester Foot & Ankle Associates in Winchester, Virginia. He graduated from Temple School of Podiatric Medicine in 1988 and completed his residency in foot and ankle surgery at The Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Dodd joined Dr. Peter Holtz in practice in Winchester in 1990 and was the first podiatrist to hold surgical privileges and perform surgery at Winchester Medical Center. He has served as president and chairman of the board of the Surgi-Center of Winchester, as a member of the Winchester Medical Center Executive Committee, and as former director of the Center for Advanced Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine at Winchester Medical Center. His surgical focus includes reconstructive foot surgery, wound care, and diabetic foot salvage, and he earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Bucknell University in 1983.
