Dr. Carlo A. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and graduated Magna Cum Laude as Salutatorian from the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Messina completed his residency in Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago and a fellowship with the German Foot and Ankle Society in 2009.
