About David Hyer, DPM

Dr. David Hyer is a board-qualified podiatrist who received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. He completed a three-year surgical residency at the Albuquerque VA Medical Center, gaining expertise in forefoot and rearfoot surgical treatments and reconstruction, and learned a wide variety of conservative and surgical techniques to provide a complete treatment plan for his patients. Raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Dr. Hyer also lived in Argentina, where he learned Spanish, and uses these language skills along with his training to treat patients of all ages with a patient-centered approach to diagnosing and treating foot and ankle conditions in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
