Dr. Jeff Mauney is the son of Dr. W.L. Mauney, who established Foothills Podiatry in Uptown Shelby in 1932 as the first podiatry practice in Cleveland County and the eighth in the state of North Carolina. Dr. Jeff Mauney joined his father in the practice in 1976 and moved the office to its current Morgan Street location in 1985. Board certified, he re-credentials every 10 years and completes 25 hours of continuing education annually to stay current with evolving treatments and technology. Dr. Mauney continues the practice's tradition of care, treating corns, calluses, bunions, plantar fasciitis, and hammertoes in Shelby, North Carolina.
